We want you to feel comfortable and be safe at the wishing well B&B
While the house and grounds are large, we only have six rooms that are spread across three floors. This means there are fewer people staying on any given night than most inns. and it gives ample comfort space for each guest. Every room has a private bath which also reduces proximity issues. Our dining room usually seats eight, though we rarely have more than two couples eating at a time. Of course you can have breakfast in your room, out in the back yard, the living room or even down by Aquetong Creek. Please contact us if you haqve any specific questions or concerns.
We follow CDC recommended guidelines on wearing masks in indoor common areas. You are welcome to "unmask" in your private room and bath. In our expansive yard, gardens and creek areas we do not require them.
While recent evidence shows surface contact exposure is much less likely than originally thought, our cleaning products meet all disinfectant guidelines and whenever possible we use environmentally safe products also.
Our coffee and tea bar remain the same, for now, but we have altered our weekend buffet-style service. For the foreseeable future, we will list our breakfast offerings for the day and we will happily serve you directly from our kitchen.
